Dr. V.S. Mehta is one of the top neurosurgeons in India, and he is globally renowned for his work in the field of brain stem surgery, brachial.

Currently, he is the Director and Head of the Department of Neuroscience, Parsi Hospital, Gurgaon, Haryana He is associated with the hospital since 2006. Dr. Mehta has been honored with various honors for him including the prestigious Padma Shri by the President of India in the year 2005.


Contribution in the field of medicine. He has also been awarded the E. Merck Gold Medal at Jack & Monica Britton in the year 1980 and 1985 Traveling Fellowship in 1986, Senior Common Wealth Fellowship in 1994 and Swasthya Bharat Samman by LIC. Zee News in 2010


In 1995 he was Visiting Consultant at New Castle General Hospital, UK and Fellow of the National Academy of Sciences. He specializes in deep-seated brain tumors, low-grade gliomas and pioneered image-guided brain tumor navigation technology—he has Gave many lectures and lectures in various conferences. A veteran in the field of Neurosurgery, Dr. Mehta was elected as the Chairman President of Neurological Society of India and South Asian Neurosurgeons. He has done a large number of surgeries Including all spine surgeries like brain tumor surgery, pituitary adenoma surgery, glioma surgery, meningioma surgery, spinal Tumor removal, spine decompression and cervical spine surgery.
