This health service comes under the National Health Information Program (I-SEHA), which is provided by the Ministry of Health to citizens and residents. Choose your doctor program: For patients registered in health centers where your doctor program was implemented. Please be sure to select your registered family doctor. In the case of choosing another doctor, the health center reserves the right to change your appointment.

Booking and rescheduling facilities include follow-up appointments at general practice clinics and do not include medical fitness exams (domestic workers, pre-employment, universities), child screenings, school exams, and more.

The rescheduled option is available 2 hours before the appointment time.

Attending the clinic 20 minutes prior to the appointment time, and visiting the medical records section to present the necessary documents to continue with the procedures. If the patient is not present on time, the health center will give this appointment to another patient. And elective appointments may be scheduled in a different session or date.

If the patient was late in attendance; The patient has the right to reschedule the elective appointment but not necessarily on the same date and time.

In case of missing three appointments, the user will be suspended from booking online appointments for one month.
